Our Facilities

Colehill Nursery is situated in the beautiful grounds of Colehill First School, in Colehill near Wimborne. It is a bright, impressive building that was built in 2005.

The nursery takes great pride in its happy, caring, friendly and safe atmosphere, which encourages all children to grow and develop at their own pace.

Educational play is of the utmost importance to us, and the large, stimulating outdoor area allows us to help every child reach their potential, providing first-rate opportunities for physical activity through a wide range of play activities.  A large canopy allows children to play outside in most weather conditions.

We have a wooded area as well as a wide range of play equipment, and have an established forest garden, which explores our on-site wooded area, and we are continuing to develop this to allow our children to explore nature. We have a mature pond with lots of wildlife and a bird-watching hut.
